The measurements for our t-shirts are based off of chest circumference.

We recommend washing the t-shirt at a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F). Where possible, allow the shirt to air dry. If you must use a machine dryer, then we suggest using a cold setting.

Avoid ironing the printed logo, as this may damage the print.

Great choice

As a slightly more rotund lifter that doesn’t feel as comfortable working out in tighter shirts, I wanted something that wasn’t just the usual big T-shirt, I wanted something with a bit of style and quality as well as comfort and freedom and I definitely get this from this shirt.
It feels tough and lasting but also comfortable and freeing,
I feel big, not fat.

Amazing quality

My son loves it. Its oversized. He usually wears a large and we got the small which fitted well but still a bit oversized. Amazing quality as per usual from this brand.
