Measure the circumference of your knee joint with your leg out straight, keeping your muscles relaxed. Measure around the centre of your kneecap (at the patella), and around the thickest part of your calf. If your calf is more than 4cm (1.6in) larger than your knee, then you may wish to size up to ensure a good fit.

If you are new to wearing knee sleeves we recommend going with the recommended fit instead of sizing down, especially if you fall on size medium or smaller.

We recommend hand washing your knee sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.

The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the knee sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can potentially get caught up or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).

The best sleeves - a must

Had been using some cheap knee sleeves for ages, and found them too short and always slipping down. Rather than going for cheap Amazon options I decided to chuck some money at the SBDs, knowing the history and quality of them, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Much stiffer, longer and they don't move. Have been using them for Hyrox style training and they are good even during rowing/running etc.

Where have you been all my life??

Amazing product; does not slip and provides really good compression & support. Does not restrict movement that I have noticed. Please measure your size properly, although I followed the chart, customer services were kind enough to allow me to exchange for TWO sizes smaller.

Superior quality - Incredibly durable

Have had these kneesleeves for nearly 2 years now and they're still just as good as the day I got them.

They're incredibly comfortable and you can really feel the quality when you wear them, plus they look stylish! Well worth the price!

Great product

Coming from powerlifting to Olympic weightlifting I was a bit apprehensive that these sleeves wouldn’t feel heavy enough or provide enough support.

After using them for a couple months they absolutely have enough support for me, main difference is that they don’t take me as long to put on!

They work well for squats too not just Olympic movements

Weightlifting Knee Sleeves

These knee sleeves are excellent. The level of support is substantial but with no restriction of movement in the knees whatsoever: Dropping into a deep squat feels as fast as ever but the support and compression make standing up a lot more comfortable. The construction is first class and they look very sharp indeed.

They're certainly not the cheapest knee sleeves but you absolutely get what you pay for and, for a masters (35 ) lifter with high mileage on their knees like myself, these are all but essential, however I would recommend these without hesitation to any lifter regardless of age or level of experience.

Probably the highest-quality piece of weightlifting equipment I own and that includes my shoes and barbell!
