We recommend hand washing the straps with warm water and a mild detergent, and then allow the straps to air dry. Do not machine wash or dry, as this can damage the material of the straps.

First measure the distance from the base of the hand to the edge of the hand between the middle and ring finger.Then add half the wrist width.
If you intend on using the straps on an axle bar, we recommend going up one size.
