Designed to sit flat against the base of the hand and to tighten on the wrist as the weight loads on the straps, attaching you securely to the bar throughout the lift.

Featuring our patent-pending webbing construction, which weaves filament aramid fibre within spun fibres. The figure 8 lifting straps offer greater strength than a nylon wrap, whilst providing the comfort of a cotton wrap.

Designed through collaboration with world-class athletes to eliminate grip as a limiting factor when lifting for maximal weight or extra repetitions.

  • Patent-pending figure 8 design to lock onto the wrist
  • Patent-pending webbing construction
  • Manufactured in Great Britain

Size Range (in) Range (mm)
Small <5.5 <140
Medium 5 - 7 130 - 170
Large >6.5 >160
First measure the distance from the base of the hand to the edge of the hand between the middle and ring finger.
Then add half the wrist width.
If you intend on using the straps on an axle bar, we recommend going up one size.

We recommend hand washing the straps with warm water and a mild detergent, and then allow the straps to air dry. Do not machine wash or dry, as this can damage the material of the straps.

The small size is a perfect fit for a change!

Not being blessed with big hands and wrists (!) I've struggled to find any of these type of straps to fit from other suppliers who offer 'small' sizes but I was bought a small pair of these for my 56th birthday and they are just perfect for my deadlift efforts.

Quality straps

Ordered a Large pair with Landmine/Meadows Rows in mind, but found they were too big (the bar only sat in my fingertips); with the excellent help from Customer Support, I exchanged them for a Medium pair, which were more suitable (for reference, I measured around 5.8 on the sizing chart). They are a bit too snug, but at least I can also use them for regular barbell work if needed in a pinch; ideally, a size between Medium and Large would be better. However, the quality of the material and stitching is excellent. In summary, I recommend small and medium wrists at the lower range get the Medium size for 50mm axles and leave the Large size for 60mm axles. Awarding 4 out of 5 only because I wish there was a greater range of sizes!
