The measurements for our t-shirts are based off of chest circumference.

We recommend washing the t-shirt at a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F). Where possible, allow the shirt to air dry. If you must use a machine dryer, then we suggest using a cold setting.

Avoid ironing the printed logo, as this may damage the print.

A good fitted tee

Make sure to check hoe tight you want it!

I personally wanted a tight SBD tee as all the res of mine are breathable with a little room. I personally sized down (true size) and it wasn't bad at all, it is basically a true muscle fit.

However I would usually recommend your size or a size above. I have another fitted tee in a large and fits perfectly
