The 10mm lever belt is constructed using two different cuts of hide to allow the belt to retain support while moulding to your waist. Featuring a low profile buckle - along with rounded edges and corners - to minimise any obstruction or discomfort from contact between the legs and the belt.

Designed through collaboration with world-class athletes, coaches, and health professionals.

  • 10mm thickness and 10cm in width.
  • Black oiled leather finish with a red suede interior.
  • IPF approved.

If you already own a belt, we recommend measuring your current belt on the tightest setting you use to give you the circumference of the belt at the setting you usually use.

If you do not have a belt then please measure your waist where the belt will sit (which is normally just above the navel), with your abdominal muscles braced. Please do not use your trouser waist measurement as this will not be accurate for the belt measurement.

We typically recommend a belt where you fall in the middle of the sizing guide, as this will allow you to adjust the belt in either direction depending on your preference of fit, what exercise you are using the belt for, should your bodyweight change, or if you wear the belt over layers of clothes or a neoprene belt.

To ensure the outer face of the leather and the stitching retain their original appearance, we would recommend using a regular black shoe polish once every 1-3 months. Polish directly onto the leather and then buff to a shiny finish.

Avoid dropping or throwing the belt, as this can cause damage to the belt buckle.

Great for powerbuilding (Squats and Conventional Deadlifts)

Was initially very unsure whether I should get a 13mm vs 10mm, and I've no regrets with choosing a 10mm. As a casual gym goer, who likes his SBD lifts, this belt is great and way less uncomfortable than previous 13mm belts I have tried when hitting depth or during setting up for deadlifts. First time use itself resulted in PRs for both (element of placebo too lol). I am 5'8, ~75kg and waist 30cm, and I went for a medium size and fall right in the middle of the holes with plenty room either way for adjustment.

Upgraded from on old buckle belt and I have seen the light.

I was sick of the buckle, faffing around and never feeling consistently locked in. Recently on a DL my back went (I have ongoing lower disc issues) so I thought it was time to up my game.

asked around the gym and this name got thrown around by a few of the strongmen crowd, so I dug into it took the risk and I’m never going back.

The fastening system is genius, solid as anything, easy to adjust, lets you breath properly after the set with a quick loosen and feels ultra premium. The leather itself is top quality, you can see and feel the difference from other belts on the market. All made in the UK 🇬🇧

I’ve paired my belt with one of the evolution athletics support belts and the difference in stability, bracing and just general confidence has been staggering on the lifts. It’s like having a bear hug supporting you.

Yes, it’s £200. But I
This thing should last years, a decade, more. If you want quality and a long lasting item, it comes with a cost. But trust me, you won’t go back. The only belt I’ll recommend from now on.

SBD does it again

Best belt of the five I've ever used in almost 20 years of powerlifting.

It’s a little stiff and uncomfortable at first but after breaking it in, feels fantastic

top quality

I have always lifted using double prong belts, decided to try the SBD belt, so easy to use, don't even have to look down to adjust it, workmanship is really top quality, feels comfortable on the three lifts, superior to any belt I have ever used.
